Dr. Shunsuke Nagahama

Shunsuke Nagahama is an assistant professor in Kyoto University of Advanced Science since 2021. And he was an assistant researcher in the department of modern mechanical engineering of Waseda University from 2015 to 2017, an assistant professor in the school of creative science and engineering of Waseda University from 2017 to 2019, a junior researcher (assistant professor) in Waseda Research Institute for Science and Engineering of Waseda University from 2019 to 2021.
He received BE from Hokkaido University in 2011, ME in 2013, and the Ph.D. of Mechanical Engineering in 2017, from Waseda University.
His current scientific activity focuses on the biospired mechanism on the machine systems.
Especially, he focused on the blood circulatory system, self-healing and self-maintenance system and other specific functions in the living things.
He studied catalysts in the institute of catalysis of Hokkado University, thus his idea is based on a surface and chemical science.
