Research Fellow, MSKCC

I am a member of the Jason Lewis Laboratory in Memorial Hospital's Department of Radiology. I work as a radiochemist with a strong focus on targeted alpha-particle therapy (TAT) and molecular imaging.

Currently, I am investigating the antibody-pre-targeting of the CA19-9 antigen with the isotopic pair lead-203 (SPECT) and lead-212 (in vivo alpha-generator) for a theranostic approach in pancreatic cancer. Further, I am developing boron-based precursors for labeling with the alpha-emitter astatine-211 and its diagnostic match iodine-124 (PET) for pre-targeting triple-negative breast cancer as well as other cancer entities. Finally, I am focusing on an antigen-independent targeting of various cancers by using the acidic microenvironment of diseased tissue as a target with zirconium-89-labeled pH-low inserting peptides (pHLIP) - a project which I would like to present at this conference.
